Just bought a car from Prestige and what a pleasure it was. the whole process after a short phone call two days previous, conducted smoothly and extremely pleasantly. There is NO HARD SELL from Josh, look at it, check it out, trade plates on and an unaccompanied test drive [I do know the area] not at all stuck in your face feeding you with technical jargon about what the car can and cant do. Then came the Part Ex discussion, as most people do now, a quick check om W B A C and similar on line dealers who want your car for nothing had put a figure in my head, Josh surpassed all of these on line dealers and certainly surpassed my expectations of what my car was worth, so the discussions did not last that long. Then on to the paperwork, all done in a matter of minutes and off I drove in my new car.
I am well past my sell by date but it was without a doubt the best and easiest car buying experience that I have ever been involved in.

I was very sceptical when phoning Prestige Cars due to previous experience and spending out on unsuccessful pre-purchase checks. I was honest with Alan and he spent the time to reassure me that the car I was looking at was in very good condition mechanically, and aesthetically pleasing inside and out. Alan mentioned that they have each of their cars checked over by another mechanic to be sure of anomalies. Alan offered to extend the warranty, so he must be sure if he is happy to do that! I decided to buy the car. Josh came to pick me up from the station and was very efficient in sorting all the paperwork required, He was also very good at making sure I felt comfortable in the decision I had made. I have had the car 6 weeks now and I love it. There have been no issues, she drives like a dream. I am very happy that I chose to buy from Alan and Josh and well done for being very good salesmen.

Exemplary service ! The car we bought developed a problem 7 weeks after purchase. Josh and his dad drove all the way back to us to collect the car for rectifying but also gave me a beautiful Mercedes to drive so i wasn't without transport! Car was returned in pristine condition all with a 12 month guarantee on the work done by their garage.

Well where do I start
I was looking for a first car for my son and found a lovely looking Ford fiesta which was for sale. After speaking on the phone to many car dealers etc that week it was a breath of fresh air to speak to the guys here. After a long and challenging journey we arrived to find the car even better than described. The process of buying was made easy with a cup of tea all paperwork sorted change of ownership., car tax all done. We paid for the insurance sat in the kitchen which came back as valid from midnight the same day the thought of all we had been through to get there and now we cannot drive it away was for a moment devastating . Within minutes the guys had sorted a one day cover for me through aviva to allow me to drive and for us to get the car home. To say my son is pleased with his car is an understatement for any dad to see their son that happy is the best feeling in the world. I was dreading searching and finding something for him but this was the easiest friendly honest car purchase I have ever made. We will all being well return in a couple of years for lewis to buy his second car I’m sure. If you are looking to buy a car we couldn’t recommend them high enough.
